contracted staff infection from surgery in knee joint.

More details to this question:
Hospital discharged me after 20 days in Hospital. I contracted Mersa staff infection in my knee from the surgery in the kneevjoint. Hospital is willing to pay for expensive antibotic port infusions. But I cant walk or put any weight on my leg per doctors. I live on a second floor apt. with no elevator. They want to discharge me from the hospital and have me return everyday for treatment for 36 days. I have no one to care for me and can't drive . what should I do?
