mywife had mesh in her 2008 shes had 5 surgerys so far and due for another one , the doctor that put my mesh in put it in wrong, Neil Chamberlin died march 15 2008, colleague of Dr chamberlin took over and his name is Dr heffington, he was accused of killing his brother in law with mesh . he did coupl procedure on my wife one he sall a rock in her mesh and broke it into a million peices that set of a bad 2 year span of pain and docamented she had alot wrong with her on the in side and did nothing . now he had to relocate in alabama . we have all paper work and we need help bad my wife cant be a mother or wife due to these problems and no one will help us shes lost every girl part and has fake parts in her shes really bad off

The question that you pose is to complicated to answer on this forum. You are going to have to find an attorney who will speak with you in person. Having paperwork is not enouight. You will have to have another doctor testify that the doctor who installed the mesh violated the standard of care.
