More details to this question:
Hello I had a case with the FL Dept of Health and they just found my dentist guilty of mal practice, they are informing him and we are waiting to see if he settles or contests. I just wondered if I can sue him on my own or just let the FL Dept of Health go after restitution as the court papers say they could seek.
