Dental Malpractice

I had a root canal done at Bluegrass Endodonics and paid cash for it, I then went to Hope Salvus Dental in Gallatin Tennessee for them to do the core buildup and put a crown. The Dentist at that time took out the Temp Core Buildup and replaced with a permanent one. This was about 15-18 months ago. I never got my crown. They always have an excuse that they are short handed and will have to call me for an appointment. They got another dentist and she started taking the core buildup off again and found out that I have a horrible infection, that the original dentist that put my core buildup never took out the packing that the Endodonics put in during the root canal. She put me on antibiotics for the 3rd time and I went back in a couple of weeks ago and I still have infection, so now I can't save the tooth according to her peers, and 2 years of my life I have had this ongoing infection and nothing is being done, I fear the infection is spread or is affecting my health.
