I had a 1 tooth partial made which cause serious damage to three of my front teeth. In an email from this Dental Organization I was told that they would refund my money. During these email exchanges, I told them that I now had a serious infection and requested an antibiotic be called in., that didn't happee Dentist that I was working with and emailing is now MIA. I contacted the Regional Management Office and have emails saying that I would receive a refund but had to sign a liability release. I have 3 broken front teeth from the poorly made partial that I went back a few times to have it adjusted. Now they are reneging on the refund because I refused to sign that release form that a lawyer would have to explain. Now I'm facing getting 6 upper teeth extracted because of this and I believe that this Organization should pay for the damage and repair to my mouth. This is outrageous and I am on disability, Advanced Spinal Degeneration and a heart patient. I need my teeth repaired ASAP.
