ease read the following carefully, and consider the case sympathetically, se if you could fight for me! POSSIBLE CASE OF: DENTAL -- Surgery Mistakes; Improper Treatment; Failure to Diagnose; Improperly Performed Implant Surgery; Upper front teeth; bone grafting and implant; Bone grafting was done; implant was placed into the unhealed graft! It felt soft and mushy, upon reporting to the surgeon and was told to give it time; time it was given too much, to pass and healing did not take place; then he took out the mushy stuff, said let it heal while part of the original bone was also removed! Then bone grafted again but I was sent home with a white piece of bone showing; I asked what is this? Was told that it is find. I consulted another doctor, they said, that the bone is out and must be removed, it is not done well; so, I went back to him and he said ok we will remove it; this time more of the original bone was cut along with the grafted piece! Now, lost the gumline too! Then he said leave it like that it does not show; you don't need to do anything; etc, etc. I went to get implants but the surgeon left me with lost gumline!, a lot of surgical torture! And took all the money I had! I was never told that this could be the outcome! If I knew I would consult more specialists and see my options. The surgeon knew what could happen, but failed to inform me, so not lose the money! But did not feel bad putting me through all the torture of surgeries. Last treatment was august 2012, last time I saw him for check was december 2012; Do you think you can help please do so;
Thank you for contacting us. It sounds like you may have a potential malpractice case, specifically in dental medical malpractice. The best step you could take is to contact a medical malpractice firm that is specifically dedicated to dental cases (there are quite a few in NY). However, the date of the potential malpractice is concerning as there are strict statutes of limitation in NY. I would make sure to contact a dental malpractice attorney as soon as possible for this reason. Yours, Dr. Guy Regev.
