More details to this question:
Beginning in February of 2013 i was going to my doctor for headaches and other bodily pains, I told him i was diagnosed in middle school with scholiosis and he told me i din't have it . Well now its May 2013 and i've been put out of work by a spinal specialist and shes now treating me for scholiosis and arthritis in my hip regions I am constant pain every day and can't go back to work

If your scoliosis worsened significantly from february 2013 to may 2013, then there may have been medical malpractice because treating you in february 2013 may have avoided worsening of the scoliosis and it may have led to better treatment results. please call us if you have further questions or concerns. thank you.
