QUESTION

Do I have a case

Asked on Jan 22nd, 2017 on Medical Malpractice - Florida
More details to this question:
Hernia surgery September 09, 2014. Dr. used mesh, repaired 3 hernias. Returned to surgeon multiple times with extensive swelling of left testicle and was repeatedly told that it was the normal size. Eventually, Dr. admitted that something was wrong and that the mesh had probably been put in to tightly thus restricting fluid flow to testicular areas. This resulted in a second surgery on September 22, 2015, by another Doctor, to drain the fluid and allieviate the swelling. A full HYDROCELECTOMY was performed removing the sperm collection sack and all "shock absorbvers" for the testicle. The incision broke open within a few days of the surgery. Between these two surgeries, I am left with a diminished quality of life on many levels and live in constant pain resulting from each surgery. I don't know of any corrective procedures that will allieviate either condition as a direct result of each surgery. Please advise or contact me if you have any further questions. Sincerely, William Driggers

This will all revolve around the details of the medical condition and whether the results are acceptable or known complications as opposed to some negliegent "installation" of the mesh or reduction of the hernias. You need to gather your medical records and have them reviewed by a lawye ASAP.
