Do I have a case?

More details to this question:
Doctors have had me on opiate for years & now I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea due to being on pain pills. That was a year ago &they still have me on 30 mg code 3 times a day. Have paperwork from doctor stating sleep apnea is due to pain meds. Do I have a case?

Not inherently - no more than complaining that you have withdrawal or addiction issues related to long term opiate use as the basis for the claim. Unless the underlying pain management alone was improper, these are typically the side effects of that one contends with but really can't sue over.
