Do i have a case?

Asked on May 30th, 2017 on Medical Malpractice - Tennessee
More details to this question:
Last year, i had a condition come up called pseudotumer cerebri. It is a condition where there is to much fluid and pressure on the brain. It doesnt drain properly and causes a slew of medical problems. I went to one doctor who assured me a stent in my head would solve the problem and that he had never had a failure. I did this and was okay for a short time and started having issues again. He told me i was gine and the stent was working to see my neurologist for headaches. The neurologist told me nothing was wrong. I was having cluster headaches and i was fine that the stent was working. He made me feel as if he thought i was making it up. I had to wait to see my retina specialist which was a couple months later. In ths time i was having to take leaves from work bc my vision was getting worse and my head was in a lot of pain. I got to the right doc and ended up in icu bc i was going to go blind. The stent failed and i ended up having brain surgery. I have since lost my job bc of this
