QUESTION

Do I have a case?

Asked on Jun 19th, 2017 on Medical Malpractice - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I volunteered for my boss to put composite veneers on my teeth over a year ago because he was submitting them to comestic board. He failed the case and I allowed to do it again. I have been in the dental chair over 160 hours over past year. They constantly break and he gets angry with me for eating normal foods. Meanwhile I'm the one who has to walk around with broken front teeth. It is embarrassing and extremely upsetting.

The facts as you have summarized them are very unusual. I would suggest that you need to stop being his test subject. Since you are a volunter for the procedure, I don't know if you would have a case or not.
