Do I have a case

More details to this question:
In March 2017 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer I had to have a full hysterectomy had to sign paper work approving the hysterectomy for the removal of all female parts uterus fallopian tubes ovaries ect. About a month ago my new oncologist ordered a catscan and the results of my catscan was a 15 cm tumor on my left ovary which I was under the understanding that they were removed now it's still there and had caused another tumor which equals more cancer please help I don't know how to go about this situation

Dear Ms Jones, From your description, it sounds as if you have a case.  By not removing an ovary that should have been removed, the physicians exposed you to an unnecessary risk of cancer recurrence and additional surgeries you would not have had to undergo.   Regards, James Karamanis
