QUESTION

Do I have a case?

More details to this question:
I took my husband to a walk in clinic they prescribed him clindamycin for an area that swelled up on his leg (the area looked very red and swollen and was extremely hot to touch). They did other things and said if no better go to ER. Well the next afternoon it was no better. This happened to be the day before Thanksgiving so we figured we should just go. We went to the local ER. The staff was horrid. A nurse had him who wasn't even allowed to see patients and worst of all the nurse practitioner wasn't even interested in the leg. I had to prompt my husband to lift his pant leg so she would even look at it. She basically laughed at him and said she sees a lot worse. Please keep in mind he was struggling to WALK and it looked no better. We were turned away. I spoke to hospital administration and ER director who both apologized immensely and even sent an apology note via mail. Then I get a bill from the physician group for $774.49 "in care" of a doctor who never even saw us. Please advise.
