My husband was hospitalized with blood clots in lungs, he has brain cancer, he goes to ctca for treatment, his family doctor is in our home town, ctca suggested a medicine to give him and me and my husband both agreed thats what he wanted, but his family doctor refused and gave him the medicine ctca suggested NOT to give him,after we told him not to. He was very rude and told us if we want him on that , then we would have to take him there to be treated, that he was the one treating him not them . Its a long story but my husband ended up passing away in the hospital under his care. Can i do anything ?

I am so sorry to hear this. What was the cause of death. I would recommened trying to get his medical records and speaking with a local medical malpractice attorney to review them.
