More details to this question:
I had gotten ill in the beginning of the week off and on all week went to my pcp on fri. was very sick stomach problems diarrhea, chest pains with it going up my neck into my ears. I saw a nurse Practicer and she listen to my heart and said its not your heart. I had been going to her for years and she knew my family history. She proceeded to treat me for acid reflux which I had been diagnosed with before. 38 hours later I had a heart attack and had 3 stents placed. I believe she should have done ekg on the spot to rule out the heart.. unfortunate i have lost my job and my car and have been suffering mentally since..i need help

Cmon now - you lost all those things from the heart attack itself not some failure of a physician to magically anticipate a heart attack 2 days later and more than its your own fault you waited all week to seek care. Before you even make such a claim, you will need to have a cardiologist state in writing that the heart attack should have been diagnised and would been prevented. Otherwise this is just unforunate circumstance.
