More details to this question:
I went to the emergency room back in January, they diagnosed me with cellulitis in one of my breast. I was admitted and surgery was done the next morning. After surgery, I was referred to an advanced wound care clinic that I had to go to every week for 2 to 3 months. It is now October and the spot is no better. It is very painful and the cellulitis is still there. I spoke with the doctor who did the surgery but since I still owe her money, she will not see me until that is paid. The wound is still open and looks horrible. Is there anything that I can do about it?

You would need to go see another doctor to look at the wound to tell you what is wrong and why it is not healing.
