I have endured 2back surgeries within 2 weeks... When the surgeon did my first surgery he missed a hole in my spine that started to leak spinal fluid which made me have to go through another surgery. He did tell me it was his fault that it was missed. My second surgery was so excruciating. I was in the hospital for 3 days. I could not move, way of use the bathroom until Sunday. Do you think I have a case against this surgeon?
