More details to this question:
Had leg amputated doctor should have gave me bypass surgery( first according to another doctor) but put stents in and kept putting stents in cause they kept getting clogged trying to push bigger stents in eventually they all ended up in my knee .which then it had to be amputated

You have a case if your doctor acted outside the normal course of business and recognized standards of care.  First, you would need to have another doctor working in substantially the same area and field be willing to testify that the original doctor acted outside the normal standards of care.  It is very possible that your doctor did the best in a bad situation or that they did what any reasonable doctor in the same circumstances would do.  I am so sorry you had to suffer this injury.  I hope this answer helps.  Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.
