QUESTION

Do i have a case?

More details to this question:
My 5yr old daughter broke her elbow falling off a swing and we went to the hospital and they sent us to a differant one and she had surgey and they put four pins in and a temp cast a couple days later we got the hard cast well being 5yrs old she didnt really slow down and bumped a pin and i took her to the doctor again and he added another two weeks to wearing her cast well on monday the 8th of oct we got the cast off and the doctor who is the one who did the surgey said that they kept the cast on to long and that she may never regain full movement in her elbow again when the night of her surgey the only concern i was informed about was nerve damage not range of motion or anything like that and she has been in alot of pain since the cast came off so wondering so i have a case .......... and i did make a report to patiet relations at the hospital and that lady told me i should look for laywers which i think thats odd as well when they work for the hospital so can you help me?????

The lack of motion could be the result of the cast being on too long, or it could be due to malalignment of the elbow joint.
