do I have a case?

More details to this question:
I was admitted to the Ocean Medical Center on 3/4/13 with abdominal pain. After doing all the necessary tests they said that they didn't see a problem in the CT scan. The next morning a surgeon came into the room telling me that I have gallstones and they wanted to do an endoscopy later in the day to see if there are any internal issues. When I woke up after the procedure the surgeon said that it was successful and they had removed both my gallbladder and appendix. Stating that the gallbladder was "very hard" and the appendix was "hard on one end". I was released a few days later and the surgeon said I should be back to normal in a few weeks. Unfortunately for me that was not the case. I was home for about a week when I started having severe abdominal pains, and high fevers. On 3/16/13 I was admitted to Ocean Medical Center due to the pain and fever. They found that I had postoperative fluid in my pelvis and had two pelvic abscesses. It is hard to tell you whether you have a viable medical malpractice case based on the facts in your question. First, it appears the end of your question got cut off and so I don’t know what you are diagnosed with when you are readmitted to the hospital.
