Hi! I went to the dentist for an advertised free whitening as long as you had ppo. I asked for a cleaning which I didnt receive (i questioned it while in the chair). I had no problems or pain with my teeth. All i need is a crown. The dentist tried her best to find something wrong. I ended up in the chair for 5 hours. after being numbed the light was broke so that was a 20 min wait. I even asked was it to late to change my mind and did not get a response. I spit pieces of my tooth out. im in pain when I eat or drink hot and cold food. It's also painful to chew anything with a crunch. whatever was done to one of my top tooth is causing the bottom one to break. i recieved the whitening over a month later and had to be fitted for guards two times. I can barely eat. This situation is very depressing

Dental malpractice cases are difficult to prosecute for a malpractice attorney because they are usually not financially viable. Medical malpractice cases are very costly and time-consuming.
