My son is autistic and stays in support living I bring him home for most weekends, I noticed on Aug 6 when he came home with his meds that there were more needs than normal, I knew by me being the conservator for him any changes made I would be addressed, well that was a red flag for me I called the house manager whom is over my sons home, in which she knew nothing of the changes being that she had just taken over the home 2 days prior to another manager being switched out, she tried calling the clinic UT medical where my son goes to get answers but had no success in any return calls, I suggested we make an appointment and go face to face to discuss the issue at hand, his appointment was today Aug 26 @ 10:30 am the doctor came in I discussed my concerns, after reviewing my son medical chart he realized that upon the previous house manager calling in re fills on needs they up his meds double by mistake, my son is sleeping more and beginning to scratch himself up, no blood wrk since Jan
