More details to this question:
Last month I injured my right arm and wrist the hospital did x rays 2 different times and said it was just bursed I was still unable touse my wrist and hand so I went to another hospital that did x rays and found out that the injury did break my arm/wrist and they put a temporary cast on it and reffered me to a surgeon I have to get a cast and possible surgery now...

Whether you have a case depends primarily on the outcome of your treatment and the extent to which your course of medical treatment was adversely affected by the delay in diagnosis.  It is possible that the misread was innocent, but more often such misreads of the injury you describe are malpractice.
