More details to this question:
I was in a hospital and was injured during a cat scan.I told the person during the procedure that I recently had a scope rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder,but he continued to lift my right arm over my head and im repeatedly saying no.I then left something popped in my shoulder and cried out in pain.Now im in more pain than before.I went to see my doctor who performed the surgery at heekins orthopedic,who then referred me to a specialist name precision imaging center for a M R I.The test showed that I have a new tear at the surgery site.Do I have a case on this matter.

Not unless the doctors in writing specifically link the event you describe to the tear at issue.
