More details to this question:
fell on left arm ... diagnosis and xrays taken: closed fracture of ulna ... very clear in xray ... was referred to doc on call ... he casted and squeezed (actuallly indented) area of fracture, was in severe pain for four weeks ... sought another doctor ... took original cast off, now the fracture is displaced from being casted incorrectly ... new doc hoping it will heal, but will not longer be straight and then we will put pin and plate ... astonished both tech and dr. xray right before cast to new xray with new doc

Sadly under the current medical malpractice environment, no. Not enough damages. Thank the boneheads that voted for the recent amendments to the med mal arena as they effectively decided that people in your situation are "taking one for the team".
