More details to this question:
DEAR SIR; MY DOCTOR GAVE ME THREE EPIDURALS IN A 4 MONTH PERIOD OF TIME. NONE OF THE EPIDURALS WORKED SO HE THEN SENT ME FOR AN MRI. WHEN HE READ THE MRI HE SAID THAT THE EPIDURALS WOULD NEVER HAVE WORKED BASED UPON THE CONDITION THAT I HAVE. I WAS VERY ANGRY AND FEEL THAT HE TOTALLY MIS TREATED ME AND I AM LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY THAT WOULD TAKE THIS CASE ON A CONTINGENCY BASIS. I CAN ALWAYS BE REACHED AT 917-796-6444 YOU CAN CALL AS LATE AS MID-NIGHT THANK YOU, BRUCE ZARET

I am sorry to hear about you having to withstand these procedures for what appears to not be a good medical reason. The negligence from the facts above is not yet clear (more information would have to be collected). It may be that the injections were the correct treatments prior to obtaining the MRI for instance. Also, a malpractice attorney would have to hear more regarding any injury that was caused aside from these treatments as well. Hope this helps, Dr. Guy Regev.
