More details to this question:
my parent was given a rx that has affected his metal state of mind having him hallucinate and depressed.I told the doctor and he bumped the mg.We are facing trying times. We informed his doctor of what was going on and he took it as a joke.We told the pharmacy and she said this rx was considered very dirty and that the doctor was not professional. He thought it was funny when my dad first try to tell him about how the meds were affecting him and the family. When I went to the doctor to sit and talk to him he claimed he would run tests then he didn't .. he only bumped the mg of the Rx.We called the doctor again and he refused to get on the phone every time..he just kept giving the meds and told my dad to deal with the side effects if he wanted to feel better from the first complaint symptoms which now it's only added more and is affecting him horribly and the family. We need help please help us we want our father back .

Best bet is to simply change doctors and get a second opinion. Never heard of a prescription referrrd to as "dirty" so I have no idea what that even means. If your father wishes to, he can make a complaint with the board of medicine, but general lack of professionalism is not the foundation for a lawsuit.
