Do I have a case? Bad results after cosmetic surgery

I had an upper + lower blepharoplasty and now one of my eyes is bigger and has a different shape to the other.I am extremely unhappy, I feel like I paid top dollar to be deformed. My Dr said that he will fix it but I am not sure that I want him to touch me again. At the same time of the op he did fat transfer to my face which he called "face rebalancing" to make me look more refreshed/younger and as a result he changed the shape of my jawline which I did not ask for nor did I like. Trying to fix my results he injected perlane underneath my eyes and applied laser to my jaw line. The jaw looks has improved. However, the area between my cheek bone and underneath my eye look swollen where he injected the perlane. To do further "fixing"he wants to charge me. I look worse than before he operated on me and I am 12000 poorer! I now have to look for another Dr to fix this mess. I am so distressed about the way I look that it is affecting my confidence, my work and my marriage. I am in therapy.
