Do I have a case for malpractice

More details to this question:
I fell from ladder at work, went to emergency room.took X-rays serve sprain I was told. Went to doctor who never not once touched my feet after 3 visits he put me into physical therapy which I went to once.i then switched doctors who touched my feet thank god put in MRI which shows a fracture in my right foot,I'm now going for MRI in left foot. So I've been working and in great pain every since the fall I think the first doctor showed Gross negligence and has caused me a great deal of suffering that I didn't need to go threw

It is quite likely that you have a malpractice claim hit your damages are what will need to be examined closely. If you are no worse off than you otherwise would have been if the fracture was detected, you may not be able times over much.
