Do I have A case for rotator cuff surgery?

More details to this question:
my right ( dominant ) arm had rotator cuff surgery. My arm falls out of its socket constantly and I feel like I have a vise grip holding onto my clavical. Clicking 24/7.Still have the same pain I told doctor I had at 1st appointment. Surgery done November 24 1015. Still not healed right. Do I have a case.

You might have a case, but it's impossible to tell until the surgical records and all of your relevant medical records are reviewed by another surgeon. If you had a great deal of degenerative disease before the surgery it may be impossible to prove malpractice, but it's certainly worth having the records reviewed.
