QUESTION
Do I have a case for unnecessary surgery?

More details to this question:
I was having a lot of pelvic pain back in 2012 and went to my OBGYN for a solution. He did an exam and PAP smear. He said the PAP smear was clean and everything looked "great" but I had some scar tissue. We did an ultrasound to confirm. I was 21 at the time and he suggested a hysterectomy despite the state law, he said he could get it approved with my insurance. He was suppose to remove my uterus ONLY. I went in for a PAP smear with a different doctor this week. She said I do not have a cervix. I called my old physician and they said yes, I do have a cervix and I need PAP smears. I went to the hospital to obtain hospital records and it shows that 1.) He did take out my cervix and has lied about it over the years and 2.) I had chronic cervicitis with immature squamous metaplasia. My new doctor said that is normally caused by STD's but since I have a latex allergy, that caused the inflammation and probably was the solution to the pain I was having. A round of antibiotics... not surgery
