QUESTION

do i have a case of medical malpractice?

Asked on Sep 25th, 2014 on Medical Malpractice - Florida
More details to this question:
I have had surgery on my spine due to a herniated disk and ended up back in the hospital for the same surgery and now I'm in more pain then when I first went in for surgery and they are not giving me the proper treatment I need to make it better and I feel that the injury was not fixed properly due to the amount of pain I am in.. My spine should have been fused but I do not know why they just keep cutting more of my spine away so it is easier for my disk is easier to herniate .. I have been out of work since June 9th 2014 and now that this recent surgery has made the pain worse and I can not work I am afraid if I go bankrupt I will lose all that I have and I have no help .. I have no income .. I have been denied by every place help could come from like medicade ssi or any other help but all attempts have failed and I am suffering in excruciating pain and I am feeling very hopeless and I need to know if there is anything that can be done.

Its possible. There is no way to know from your description because pain or even a failed surgery is not inherently malpractice. In any even you need to contact a lawyer in your area ASAP to review your case and look at your medical records to see what you have going on.
