Do I have a case where the medical doctor and his assistant negected to give a prescription for a diabetic with a severe toe infection.

All of which resulted in an amputation of five toes. Age of this person is 89yrs. The doctor mis-treated this diabetic patient for an athletic foot infection with no follow up. Where there was an active open sore present at the initial first visit. I feel he was negligent from the very start.
