QUESTION

Do I have a case with my dermatologist?

Asked on Sep 10th, 2016 on Medical Malpractice - Florida
More details to this question:
I have been going to the same dermatologist for about 14 years. Last year one of his PA's injected my face with cortizone on what she though was a pimple. It caused serious indentation on 2 sides of my face. Then in Nov. 2015, the dermatologist suggested I try IPL Laser. I did it to see if it would help the indentations. This procedure has ruined my life. My texture has changed, my face structure has changed due to sagging (which I never had) I also notice some scarring on my right eye and now pigmentation brought to surface which I also never had. Until these things happened to me I looked very youthful, always complimented by everyone on my skin. I have alot of pictures to prove the difference. This has depressed me and has caused me alot.
