Do I have a good case for malpractice?

I was misdiagnosed by the same doctor over 6 times even after having 3 ultrasounds. He gave me clearance for plastic surgery to remove breast implants. The Plastic Surg found enlarged lymp nodes and told me to get an MRI & Biopsy ASAP. I went back to same doctor that cleared me and he did 2 more ultrasounds, but refused to give me a biopsy. I was having major problems at this time with bleeding and swelling but he still kept telling me that his medical opinion was that I;m having complications with plastic surgery and refused to do a biopsy because he said it would be a waste of time. I ended up going to the ER at a different hospital and the doctor in ER gave me an x-ray, blood test and CT Scan and determined that day that I either had imflammatory breast cancer or infection and he referred me to UCI breast surgeon for cancer and she gave me an ultrasound guided biopsy and found that I have stage 4 breast cancer. I should have never been cleared to have that plastic surgery.
