do i have a good case for medical malpractice

More details to this question:
i went into surgury for a partial hysterectomy in doing so i had complications make a long story short my urethra tube got crushed and collapsed causing a blockage between my bladder and left kidney my ob gyn doctor requested for an altra sound before i left the hospital say that it was ok and send me home with percocete to take well it was a living hell for the next 5 days until i could see another doctor because i was in to much pain i went to another doctor and he requested me to take a ct scan with dye which was done he called and told me that i did have a blockage and that he wanted to do surgury right away he did a scopeostomy and found that blockage so i went into surgery now i piss from a bag hanging on my leg which he stated that i have to wear any where from 6 to 12 weeks before i can get this bag off thats not to include me to find a doctor that can go and unblock my passage way between my blatter and kidney

I am sorry to hear about this.  I think you should definitely go and speak with a local attorney in your area who handles medical malpractice claims.  I would go ahead and request your medical records from the partial hysterectomy and the follow up appointment where the blockage was discovered and start calling attorneys to try and get a consultation.  The consultation should be free and if you are unable to make it  to the consultation in person, you should be able to find an attorney who will review your records and let you know what they think.  Best of luck!
