Do i have a law suit for misdiagonis?

More details to this question:
The radiologist that read my ct scan said I had appenditis but when the surgeon went in there was nothing wrong with my appendix it was an infected intestine that was treated with antibiotics. They removed the appendix anyways.

You might have a case for medical malpractice, but it seems very unusual that the surgeon admitted that there was nothing wrong with your appendix but removed it anyway. More information is needed about the entire medical situation, which can only be obtained by reviewing the medical records.
