Do I have a malpractice lawsuit?

I got into a car accident and flipped three I walk to the street to get help the ambulance came they told me to sit down on the sidewalk when I tried to stand up I couldn't I knew something was wrong with my hip I couldn't move they put me on a stretcher and took me to the hospital they took x-rays of my hip they told me I had no broken bones but I was in so much pain they released me after an hour or two they gave me pain pills so I thought my hip would go down but it's been six months it still hurts and it pokes out I can't work out or dance do I have a malpractice lawsuit?
