do i have a medical claim

More details to this question:
I was hospitalized fir my gall bladder. I had complications do to dr. giving me meds thru iv that I was allergic too with caused me to bleed internally. also had to have blood transfusion due to all the meds. and ending up in hospital for ten days I could have died.

If the doctor gave you medication when he knew or should have known that you were allergic and this caused your injuries and damages, then yes you would have a medical malpractice claim.
