do i have a medical mal pratice case?

More details to this question:
after a long illness,an operation,it was found that the tumor I had showed up on a mri I had a year earlier that was miss read.it was cancer,but because they feel they got it all I only have to go once yearly for follow up mri's.many miss haps occurred,although the results turn out could,because of the error I ended up in the hosp multible time,many gi test,18 units of blood.finnally had surgery that found the tumor.shold I look nto this,it will be a year before I am truly strong,an cannot do the work I used to do,so I also am losing a income.

I am assuming from your question that you have consulted with lawyers who have informed you that because your tumor has been successfully treated, your damages do not warrant a medical malpractice suit. This is probably true, although there may be some damages asociated with the delay in diagnosis. I do suspect that the multiple MRIs that you speak of would have been necessary even if the original MRI had not been misread.
