Need help was droped by my pain relief center because then new Dr said he cant help me. The pain center put me on a high med's no other center will take me and im in pain.

This sounds like you have labelled for drug seeking behaviour. No - refusing to continue to dole out pain meds is NOT in and of itself malpractice. You probably need to seek some assistance for referral to in patient rehab or possibly some other pain solution like surgery.
