do i have a medical malpractice case.

My husband was in the hospital for a lobectomy. another doctor said it was TB. he gave him the tb meds which caused him to have acute kidney failure. He also had extreme edema and hives/blisters all over his body. He never had TB. He was in the hospital for 3 weeks. after the infectious disease doctor made him cough up sputum, it tore the staples from the surgery and he had to have the surgery a second time. to this day he still can not sleep do to severe skin itching at night time.
