Do I have a Medical Malpractice case?

I injured my knee in Oct of 13, went to my orthopedist dr who said I tore my medial meniscus, had an MRI and he said DEFINITE SIGNIFICANT MEDIAL MENISCUS TEAR, scheduled arthroscopic surgery for Nov, but my work said to reschedule bc it was not convenient, rescheduled for Dec but I had to postpone bc I was already scheduled for a surgery the next week and surgeon suggested to postpone knee....FINALLY had surgery done 4/15...that day was crazy, had to be at hospital by noon for surgery arrived at 11:50 was rushed back to prep for surgery bc a patient had cancelled and dr wanted me to get in IMMEDIATELY, he seemed very RUSHED with everything, I was feeling very uneasy and stressed. After my surgery surgeon came out and told my husband there was NO TEAR...what he forgot to tell my husband was he DRILLED 4-5 HOLES IN MY BONE, I didn't find out for a week after, I am in worst condition now than before surgery, I now have a custom made brace for stability bc my knee dislocates and gives out
