Do I have a medical malpractice case?

More details to this question:
Had a knee replacement on 3/31/2014, my knee swelled to the point where therapy was impossible, was reoperated on 4/21/2014 to have the knee drained. Untill this day I still have swelling and discoloration and pain at the knee and shooting down my leg yet on follow-ups they say its fine. Now here it is almost 5 months later and still I have pain.

Not inherently. First there would need to be a medical evaluation establishing that somethng wrong was done as opposed to simply a poor result or a complication.
