Do I have a medical malpractice case?

About 3 months ago I went to the ER complaining of pain in my side(ovarian) ,they found 2 cyst, later one had burst, about 2 week after the second burst, but they never checked me out for the second cyst. They diagnosed it as inflammatory bowel syndrome. I went through a colonoscopy (which i didn't need). I just had surgery done on Oct 10, 2014. The Dr said I had a 3 cyst and my ovary was twisting. Mind you the hospital told me never to come back. What can I do?
