Do i have A medical malpractice from my delivery

I delivered My son 5 months ago. It was a 39.5 hour delivery which he had come out blue and i suffered Injuries from the delivery . The obgyn never came in the room it was only the midwife . I ended Up with a prolapse from the delivery and she used sutures they were too tough which has left me with a lot of pain and discomfort and scar tissue . I got A second opinion and she said she should have used different sutures . My son is also delayed and i requested My medical records and come to find out the cord has been wrapped around his neck and she failed to tell me and didn’t notice because when he came out blue she ended up pulling him out instead of letting me push.
