More details to this question:
Is it patient neglect if: 1) left in a delivery room without being checked on and almost having to deliver your own baby? 2) baby isn't cleaned or weighed until 4 hours after he is born? 3) If mother is left in dirty, bloody sheets from delivery day until discharge day? 4) if nurses do not check on patient almost the whole day and when they do they are rude and disrespectful?
