More details to this question:
I went to doctor for a lump I found in my breast, the NP assured me because of my age and symptoms that it was a cyst. I went back 4months later because they symptoms worsened and was diagnosed with stage 2 invasive breast cancer.

You might have a case or maybe not. In cases of misdiagnosis, the question is have you suffered any additional damages because of the misdiagnosis.
