do i have good case of med malpractice

i worked 27 yrs i silica factory and in 2014 company xray showed something and company doc suggested i had little pnemonia in one lung and i might should go in get it checked out to see if anything behind it. so i get ct scan and they refer me to pul doc and they do bronch and she said it wasnt cancer but she didnt know what it was saw spot on outside of lung and sent me to suregon who done bio threw chest and took wedges top of lung.sent it to pathogly lab who the sent it to mayo clinic who said it was diff case but had concerns for erdheim chester dis .i been told by cacer doc treatig me after another bio ad 4 rounds chemo i dont have that disease but silicolis .he said he wont sign off on it unless pulmanary doc does . he made me app to see if pulmanary doc will sign off on it and he gets made and comes up and says he wants to test me for sarcoidosis,he dont think its silicolis. he differnt pul doctor than one who disnosed erdheim disease
