Do I sue the Hospital for malpractice? ,

More details to this question:
My brother fall out at a store and was taken to the hospital. He was given something that put him in a comatose state instead of dealing with the low blood pressure. We have the hospital report to verify this. It appears there were numerous medications used to keep him out. And staff was short. He died and never wake up.
